Evolvemaster undertook a 2 year project to ensure Orange's were compliant with the Data Protection Act. Due to the implications associated with non compliance and the potential financial penalties the project was one of Orange's
top 3 priorities for 2005.
Our undertaking with Orange composed of 2 parts, including the project management of a £3million upgrade credit management systems and customer acquisition channels. This also included the development and implementation of the supporting business rules and interfaces to external credit referral agencies. The project was managed through the complete lifecycle and included the management of offshore development houses.
The second part of our time at Orange involved the development and project management of £500k web-based credit referrals application. The application, developed using Microsoft's .Net technology, was used to manage any credit referrals resulting from credit checks. Evolvemaster managed and developed the system from start to finish including the documentation of user requirements, the application development, the migration of the application into Orange's support infrastructure and the training and deployment to Orange staff.
