Project management is at the heart of Evolvemaster's professional services, and our ability to manage projects to a high standard results in a contract within the UK's largest company, BP.
The initial contract was to project manage the entire life cycle including BP's offshore design and build partners. This included the facilitation and documentation of the business case, producing a Terms of Reference and managing the project in accordance with BP's stage-gate business process, the Capital Value Process, CVP.
Initially contracted to the end of September 2005, this was extended to the end of December to allow Evolvemaster to manage the initial release of the site. As a result of the success of the 1st release BP have committed to release another version of the intranet in July 2006, and we have been contracted to project manage this release also.
